By providing any personal information to The Stock Rooms Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by this privacy policy, as amended from time to time and posted on The Stock Rooms’ web site (the TSR site).  Any amended privacy policy will be binding upon being posted on the TSR site.

We collect personal information from you when you register as a user of the TSR site so that we, and our partners, may provide services to you.  If you decide not to provide personal information to us, you will not be able to register as a user of the TSR site and we will not be able to provide to you the complete range of our services.

If you enquire about an artwork, or you purchase an artwork or other product from the TSR site, we will provide your personal information to the third party responsible for answering your query, or fulfilling your order.  In turn, this may also require disclosure to shipping companies and insurers.

We may also provide your personal information to payment service providers, such as PayPal, for the purpose of processing your order.

Your personal information may also be disclosed on social media platforms if you use the social media tools available on the TSR site.

We may disclose your personal information where we are required by law to do so or where, in our sole discretion, we consider it necessary or desirable in connection with the investigation of any possible fraud or illegal activity or any activity which may expose us to a liability.

We will provide access to personal information kept by us about you, upon written request.
